This is a rack mounted audio console accessory.  It has a Zercom Gain Box to provide audition and program mix-minus for a telephone hybrid, an interface to record a telephone caller and mix it with an announcer's voice, record buss audio distribution pads, and a mute relay.       

The client has ordered nine of these so far.
