Engineer's Log of Mark W. Persons |
![]() |
August 23, 2010: Your intrepid Radio Broadcast Engineer Mark Persons installed a new Nautel XR12 AM Transmitter at WBHR 660 AM Radio in Sauk Rapids, MN. Capable of producing 12 kilowatts at full modulation, this transmitter will run at 10.6 kilowatts during the day. A Nautel 2.5 kilowatt transmitter, behind Mark's left shoulder, will provide 540 watts during night hours. |
| Quote of the day: So many transmitters, so little time! | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |

The stories go on and on. Stop in
again sometime. I'll leave the soldering iron on for you.
