December 22, 2009: Andria and Shane Toven visited Paula and Mark Persons in Brainerd. Shane is Director of Engineering for Wyoming Public Radio. It is a big challenge keeping 26 stations on the air across the state with mountainous terrain. We have known Shane since 1979. |
