January 1, 2025 email: I just wanted to thank Radio World for the commitment to education at all levels. A well known manufacturer/engineer whose been in your pages many times has been known to profess about certain engineers being “a little light on Ohms Law” as an observation or insult. I will readily admit I’m a little light on Kirkhhoff’s law, but I use Ohm Law all the time for all sorts of things, including USB charging aspects. It’s something good for even managers to be aware of, and fundamental to engineering. Thanks for the commitment to all of our industry colleagues at all levels! Rolf Taylor.
