STOCK: If an item is listed on this Web site, then there is a 99% chance that it is available. If an item is not listed, then we probably don't have it. Some items are shown with an e-mail address and name. We are listing those items as a service for that person and you should make the purchase directly with that person.
INQUIRIES: The best way to get answers to your questions is to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are in the office, you will have a reply within an hour. If we are not in the office, you will have to wait.
ORDERS: E-mail your order with a complete street address and telephone number. We will not share this information with anyone except for UPS when they need the information to make a delivery.
SHIPPING: We normally ship via United Parcel Service and will e-mail the UPS shipping amount based on weight, box size, and your address. Shipping to a business location costs a few dollars less than shipping to a residential address. We DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. If you are an international buyer and have a shipping broker in the United States, we will be glad to ship to them.
PAYMENT: We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards along with PayPal. State sales tax is charged if the destination is in Minnesota or Wisconsin.

Be sure to include a detailed letter or a printed copy of the e-mail exchange so we know exactly what you are ordering with the money you send.
GUARANTEE: All items are guaranteed to your satisfaction or you can return the merchandise, in original condition, for a refund minus the shipping charges. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the equipment and you must get the equipment back to us within 20 days to get the refund.
