Two 107.9 MHz transmit antenna bays are on the left side of the tower.  

The translator is owned by Radio Assist Ministry, Inc.  It rebroadcasts the Christian signal of KKEQ Radio in Fosston, MN.
February 2, 2008:  Jim Offerdahl is a happy guy now the translator is on and working properly.  Your intrepid engineer Mark Persons brought a spectrum analyzer to confirm and document the translator's performance as required by the FCC.  It is the grey box sitting upright on the floor at the bottom left of the photo.
